J2386 - Our client is seeking a Documentation Specialist to responsible for the timely and accurate validation of all incoming financial contracts through to activation, whilst aligning with company Policies, Industry regulatory requirements, and partner SLA’s. Salary: £28,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Gtr London / Watford
Handle incoming contract documentation and queries received via post, e-mail, online applications or telephone calls.
Strong attention to detail to be used for contract validation and system data entry.
Manage your own time effectively to support workload and achieve daily targets.
Insure all paperwork is present and correct in line with company policies and liaise seamlessly with joining functions where necessary.
Complete customer due diligence, fraud & compliance related checks prior to activation.
Liaise with key stake holders, internal and external, to resolve queries.
Participate in all relevant regulatory examinations.
Financial Services knowledge (FCA/ TCF).
Specific experience in equipment leasing and vendor finance.
Attention to detail on complex admin tasks.
Experience of working with Excel.
Able to work under pressure / to deadlines
In/Outbound customer call management.
Accurate Data Entry on Multiple Systems.
Ability to take responsibility and be proactive.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
